Wide Complex Tachycardia (WCT) — ECG/EKG Terminology

Definition: Any tachycardia (>100 bpm) with a QRS duration ≥120 ms. Differential includes ventricular tachycardia (most common cause), SVT with aberrancy, and pre-excited tachycardias. Treat as VT until proven otherwise.
