Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) — ECG/EKG Terminology

Definition: A conduction delay or block in the right bundle branch causing late right ventricular depolarization. ECG shows a wide QRS (≥120 ms) with an RSR' ("rabbit ears") pattern in V1–V2 and wide S waves in I and V6.
