AV Reentrant Tachycardia (AVRT) — ECG/EKG Terminology

Definition: A reentrant tachycardia using an accessory pathway (e.g., Bundle of Kent in WPW) to form a circuit between atria and ventricles. Orthodromic AVRT produces a narrow QRS; antidromic AVRT produces a wide QRS.
