AV Nodal Reentrant Tachycardia (AVNRT) — ECG/EKG Terminology

Definition: The most common form of SVT, caused by a reentrant circuit within or near the AV node using dual pathways (fast and slow). Presents as a regular narrow-complex tachycardia (150–250 bpm) with retrograde P waves often hidden in the QRS.
